The preparation of large components can begin internally with the sawing process before the specific machining starts in the Machinery park. In addition to conventional lathes, we also have CNC-controlled lathes available, capable of handling diameters of up to 1100 mm. The maximum piece weight is 7 tons, and the turning length is limited to 3 meters. Our main focus is on the machining of rotationally symmetrical parts, manufactured from bar stock or forged components. However, labor-intensive parts are just as welcome as the processing of demanding materials, such as nickel-based alloys. If turning is not required, the milling machining center can contribute to the value chain.
