In our heat treatment department, all the usual processes such as hardening, tempering, partial tempering, solution heat treatment and transfer are possible. We have fluidised bed furnaces available, with which we can treat parts up to 750 kg and dimensions up to a diameter of 550 mm and lengths up to 1300 mm. This fluidised bed furnaces are characterised by a high heat transfer rate and good temperature uniformity. The treatments can be carried out under air and inert atmosphere. We also have Nabertherm furnaces and an air convection oven available for long-term annealing treatments.
