In our heat treatment department, we offer all common processes, including hardening, tempering, partial tempering, solution annealing, and aging. We have several fluidized bed furnaces that allow us to treat components weighing up to 750 kg, with a diameter of 550 mm and a length of up to 1300 mm. These furnaces ensure high heat transfer rates and uniform temperature distribution. Heat treatment can be performed both in air and in inert atmospheres. Additionally, for long-term annealing treatments, Nabertherm furnaces and a circulating air furnace are available.
